Description : This book deals with the Islamic system of inheritance which is considered one of the most virtuous branches of knowledge. Suffice it to say that Allah has prominently given a detailed exposition of its laws in the Qur'an. Allah himself defined the shares of the inheritors as dictated by His wisdom. Allah is the One Whom no one can reverse His command or overrule His decree.
It is due to the difficulty people find in learning this branch of knowledge that they have become negligent of studying it. However, Allah has
endowed me with the blessing of explaining this branch of knowledge in a modern and simplified way which both educated and illiterate people can
easily understand.
I have outlined, arranged and compiled the laws pertaining to the science of inheritance in eight charts as follows
